Cozy place with a nice jacuzzi to relax in after a long day 🛁.

Comfortable stay for 3 nights, had dinner at the hotel’s restaurant. the room had a modern vibe and the location was amazing, right in the heart of the city. 🌟

excellent spot near to all historic highlights of the city as well as the church and historical attraction.

Staff were especially helpful, and facilities were great here. The location was handy near the old centre of Cusco, you may take train on Wanchaq train station within 15 minutes walk from here😀

They serve varied breakfasts for all tastes with an omelette station and juices and omelettes made to order. The room is brand-new and neat with a portable heater which worked very well, everything is beautiful.

I couldn't access wireless internet from my room. Becuase I was there on business, this was very frustrating, and disappointing. The breakfast was good, but became repetitve - some more variety from day to day would have made it more enjoyble.

If you are coming to Cusco, don´t consider this hotel as an option for your stay Nobody helped us carrying our bags to the bedroom, we had to go upstairs 4 floors The junior suite was completely different from the picture shown in the web page Be aware if your neighbor takes a shower at the same time, because you may get boiled or either frozen The hotel looks old and not well maintained Not recommended, it doesn´t worth the high price you pay for the service you get back

This clean and modern place provided a portable heater that worked effectively, located 10 km from the airport.

The location -- less than five minutes walk through interesting streets and alleyways from the Plaza de Armas, which is the real hub of town, especially for tourists.

Quite a lot of confusion when we asked for the final bill, made worse by the fact that the only person at the reception desk at appr. 6.30 A.M. only had a very limited command of English. After having received their quotation in usd, we were confronted by an invoice in Soles (local currency), which we really could not check immediately whether it indeed matched the quotation. Furthermore: After having confirmed repeatedly that we can settle the account with usd travellers cheques (Amex), we were told in the morning that this is after all not possible. Luckily we had a credit card available,

Helpful staff at the reception. Rooms where a bit basic but alright for the money we payed. About 10min walk no more to the center of Cuzco (plaza de armas). Overall this a good budget hotel.

wifi didn't work in one of our rooms that we had but the girls in the reception was okay with changing the room for us to one closer to the wifi router. In our other room the wifi signal was very weak but we didn't ask to change that room.

The hotel is located in a quiet area close to the main street with good dining options nearby.

Staff is really friendly.

Blankets had some hair that didn't come from us. The breakfast wasn't so good, there wasn't orange juice. The bathroom wasnt clean, the walls were with molds and there wasn't a door for separating the room from the bath, so they put a curtain. Rooms weren't clean, walls from the room were dirty.
